分析港口轮胎花纹沟底裂原因,并提出解决方案。通过增大倒圆半径优化花纹和花纹沟底设计及增大天然橡胶用量、采用超耐磨炭黑N134和平衡硫化体系优化胎面胶配方,明显改善了港口轮胎花纹沟底裂问题,进一步提高了轮胎质量,延长了轮胎使用寿命。 相似文献

采用光面胎花纹雕刻,研究胎面花纹设计对轮胎噪声的影响,分别考察花纹沟类型、横向花纹沟的深度和宽度、花纹节距、胎肩花纹沟开放形式和胎肩花纹沟角度的影响。结果表明:轮胎花纹是轮胎噪声的主要来源,可以通过优化胎面花纹结构来降低轮胎噪声;选择合适的花纹类型,优化花纹块(沟)的设计和花纹节距的排列顺序,选择合适的胎肩花纹沟开放形式和花纹沟角度均可以实现轮胎降噪。 相似文献

介绍仿真分析在轮胎花纹降噪设计中的应用。通过采用仿真分析的遗传算法对花纹节距排列和错位进行优化分析,选取最优的设计方案。并以265/60R18 114H XL作为实例分析,将优化设计的产品送西班牙做噪声测试,取得较好的噪声测试结果,比标准值降低了2dB,具有较好的降噪效果。所以仿真分析为轮胎花纹设计提供了一种先进、实用和科学的研究方向和思路,在设计阶段使产品达到最佳性能,缩短研发周期和提高研发质量。 相似文献

介绍235/35ZR20S-1087轿车轮胎低噪声胎面花纹的优化设计情况。利用噪声分析软件确定胎面花纹优化设计方案为:胎面弓型主花纹沟曲线半径取130~160mm,连通沟倾斜角度为40~45°,花纹沟占行驶面面积比例为31%,胎面花纹从胎冠至胎肩连续、花纹沟延伸至胎肩花纹终点位置,左半花纹节距排列和右半花纹节距排列间错位30mm。优化轮胎的分析噪声不大于M标准曲线值,轮胎与路面间辐射产生的直接噪声以及汽车匀速行驶时车内噪声均比未优化轮胎降低,且通过欧盟ECE117噪声认证。 相似文献

Spray-dried whole milk powder, one potential ingredient of milk chocolate, was exposed to high shear and elevated temperatures to increase the free fat content and to crystallize the lactose using a twin-screw continuous mixer/processor. Optimal process conditions were determined using neural networks and genetic algorithm optimization. Response surfaces methodology was used to design the experiments to collect data for the neural network modelling. A general regression neural network model was developed to predict the responses of lactose crystallinity and free fat content from the processor screw speed, process temperature, milk powder feed rate and lecithin addition rate. A genetic algorithm was used to search for a combination of the process variables for maximum free fat content and maximum crystallinity. The combinations of the process variables during genetic algorithm optimization were evaluated using the neural network model. The common optimum process conditions to maximize the free fat content and lactose crystallinity were determined to be 20 kg h−1 feed rate, 284 rpm screw speed, 71.1°C process temperature and 0.01 kg h−1 lecithin addition rate. 相似文献

In this work, we develop a new efficient technique to enhance the optimization ability, and to improve the convergence speed of genetic optimization algorithm. We investigate and introduce a number of sampling techniques to generate a good set of initial population that encourages the exploration through out the search space and hence achieves better discovery of possible global optimum in the solution space. The introduced sampling techniques include Latin hypercube sampling (LHS), Faure sequence sampling (FSS), and Hammersley sequence sampling (HSS). The performances of the proposed algorithms and a conventional genetic algorithm using uniformly random population are compared, both in terms of solution quality and speed of convergence. A number of test problems and a case study, optimization of multi-effect distillation, demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed techniques. With the same parameters, our technique provides a better solution and converge to the global optimum faster than the traditional genetic algorithm. 相似文献
