据国际消息,英国政府发布“对位红”食品警告。到2005年5月8日英国食品标准局在原来35种含“对位红”的食品调料列表中,又新增加了12种发现含有“对位红”的食品添加剂或调料,自此,涉及“对位红”的食品调料达到47种之多。英国食品标准局称:“对位红”是一种工业染料,它的化学成分类似于苏丹红1号。英国食品标准局官方网站上显示,“对位红”食品列表会随时加入新涉及到的产品。 相似文献

目的建立调味品中苏丹橙、苏丹黄、苏丹Ⅰ~Ⅳ、溶剂蓝35、对位红、苏丹黑B、苏丹红7B、苏丹红G、苏丹棕等工业染料的固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串接四级杆质谱(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法以含10%乙醇的丙酮溶液作为提取溶剂,利用MAX强阴离子交换固相萃取柱(60mg,3ml)对样品进行净化,UPLC-MS/MS测定试样中12种工业染料的含量。结果方法的线性范围:对位红10.0~800.0ng/ml,其他11种染料5.0~400.0ng/ml。12种工业染料的定性检出限为0.3~10.4μg/kg。定量检出限为0.8~31.2μg/kg。高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标回收率77.1%~141.9%,相对标准偏差5.5%~26.4%。结论本方法灵敏、准确,可用于调味品中苏丹橙、苏丹黄、苏丹Ⅰ~Ⅳ、溶剂蓝35、对位红、苏丹黑B、苏丹红7B、苏丹红G、苏丹棕等12种非法添加的工业染料的同时测定及确证。 相似文献

为了探究苏丹红I在辣椒活性成分辣椒油树脂和辣椒红提取过程中的迁移情况,本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)检测了辣椒、辣椒粉、辣椒粒、红辣素、辣椒红和辣椒油树脂中的苏丹红I含量,结合各产品的质量、色价、总辣椒碱变化分析苏丹红I迁移规律,并对迁移机理进行分析。结果显示,活性化合物的提取保留了辣椒原料中97%以上的色价和总辣椒碱。苏丹红I主要存在于辣椒皮中,其残留量占全辣椒的86%。辣椒中0.08~0.22 μg/kg的苏丹红I随着提取不断迁移到后续的提取产物中。辣椒经去籽粉碎后保留了70%的苏丹红I,随后的造粒、提取和分离过程并未引起苏丹红I迁移率显著变化。最终,67.56%的苏丹红I转移至辣椒红中,而辣椒油树脂中未检测到苏丹红I。苏丹红I的迁移性取决于苏丹红I、辣椒红和辣椒油树脂的溶解性能差异。 相似文献

以4-氨基苯甲酸重氮化后与2-萘酚反应,合成苏丹红Ⅰ号的衍生物(CSDI),以活性脂法将CSDI与蛋白载体偶联,制备CSDI-BSA免疫抗原与CSDI-OVA检测抗原。以CSDI-BSA免疫Balb/c小鼠,适当免疫后取脾细胞与SP2/0融合,筛得抗CSDI的单克隆抗体细胞株5H3。以该细胞株生产抗体与CSDI-OVA建立CSDI的间接竞争ELISA检测方法,该方法对苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅲ和对位红的灵敏度约为0.1ng/ml,IC50分别为1.03、1.13、0.89ng/ml,与其他染料交叉反应率低。该ELISA检测方法灵敏、特异,可用于苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅲ和对位红的快速检测。 相似文献

为了解我国食品检测实验室的苏丹红I号检测能力,国家认监委组织实施了辣椒油中苏丹红I号检测能力验证工作。30个省、市、自治区的112个实验室参加了本次能力验证,推荐的测试方法为:食品中苏丹红染料的检测方法—高效液相色谱法(GB/T19681—2005)和欧盟官方方法,也可采用其他方法。结果显示:实验室满意结果率为79·5%,可疑结果率为6·3%,不满意结果率为14·2%;国标方法的满意结果率为79·8%,欧盟方法的结果满意率为54·5%。本次能力验证国标法的结果优于欧盟法的结果。参加能力验证的绝大多数实验室可以准确检测苏丹红I号。 相似文献

实验选用氟罗里硅土(FLORISIL)固相萃取(SPE)柱对样品进行净化,用DIKMA公司C18(150×4.6mm,5μm)钻石柱为色谱柱,以含5%水的乙腈溶液为流动相,以229nm为检测波长,对辣椒食品中的苏丹红I~IV号进行了分离和检测。结果显示:苏丹红I~IV号分别在0.625~2000ng、2.5~2000ng、5~2000ng、5~2000ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2分别为1、1、0.9989和0.9990。其标准回收率分别为100.76%、100.20%、99.86%、100.09%,变异系数分别为1.04%、1.80%、3.29%、3.06%。辣椒粉样品中的苏丹红I~IV号的加样回收率分别为102.14%、103.69%、96.36%和101.93%,变异系数分别为1.49%、0.84%、0.93%和3.64%;辣椒油样品中的苏丹红I~IV号的加样回收率分别为97.03%、100.81%、94.53%和99.31%,变异系数分别为2.85%、1.71%、1.92%和2.79%。苏丹红I~IV号的最低检测限分别为1.88、2.5、6.25和10μg/kg。该方法样品处理简单,灵敏度高,可在有关实验室推广应用。 相似文献

为了调查、评估重庆火锅底料中7种非食用色素的安全性,经氧化铝柱净化、高压液相色谱法同时测定100组重庆产火锅底料中7种非食用色素碱性橙Ⅱ、罗丹明B、对位红、苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ、苏丹红Ⅳ。利用基于Monte Carlo模拟技术的Crystal Ball风险评估软件模拟和抽样对重庆火锅底料中7种非食用色素暴露量和风险进行了非参数概率评估,结果表明,重庆产火锅底料中7种非食用色素均低于方法检出限(碱性橙Ⅱ0. 106 mg/kg、罗丹明B 0. 010 mg/kg、对位红0. 006 mg/kg、苏丹红Ⅰ0. 086 mg/kg、苏丹红Ⅱ0. 138 mg/kg、苏丹红Ⅲ0. 014 mg/kg、苏丹红Ⅳ0. 004 mg/kg),摄食重庆火锅底料对不同年龄段居民带来7种非食用色素危害概率为0%。该研究为指导重庆火锅的安全食用及今后的风险管理提供理论依据。 相似文献

Textural Properties of Cold-set Gels Induced from Heat-denatured Whey Protein Isolates 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel. 相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study. 相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications. 相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool. 相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
