AlCl3/TiCl4催化癸烯聚合制润滑油基础油的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以AlCl3/TiCl4为催化剂对癸烯聚合制润滑油基础油进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、Al与Ti摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度等工艺条件对合成油性质的影响,并比较了不同催化剂、不同烯烃原料对聚α-烯烃(PAO)性质的影响。结果表明,癸烯聚合制备PAO,AlCl3/TiCl4是较适宜的催化剂。PAO收率随着AlCl3/TiCl4催化剂用量的增大、反应温度的升高以及反应时间的延长而提高,但随着Al与Ti摩尔比的增加而迅速下降;粘度指数在所考察的条件范围内均较高;100 ℃下的运动粘度随着Al与Ti摩尔比的变化而急剧变化,因此可以根据需求,通过调节Al与Ti摩尔比,可制备各种粘度等级的PAO产品。 相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to evaluate the performance of an ester lubricant containing sodium acetylacetonate. In the isothermal DSC oxidation test, sodium acetylacetonate is an effective synergist for arylamine antioxidant p,p′-dioctyldiphenylamine (DODPA). When combining with arylamine antioxidants, sodium acetylacetonate can also effectively reduce the increases in viscosity and acid number of the ester oil in oxidation–corrosion test. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) results indicated that sodium acetylacetonate can reduce the free radical contents in the oxidized oil with arylamine antioxidants present. 相似文献

As a part of an extensive analysis on strand behaviour the lubricant effect in strain fields was examined. The strains were measured by using electrical resistance strain gauges. The results obtained, by loading the unlubricated and lubricated sample both statically and quasi-statically, showed relevant effects caused by different contact loads developed among the wires. By examining the strains measured during the severing of one helical wire the inapplicability to the strands of one Italian regulation relative to wire ropes, was also confirmed. 相似文献

Tribological investigations of Mo-S-Te composite films were conducted on films grown at room temperature by pulsed laser deposition. The chemistry and microstructure of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, and micro Raman spectroscopy. The films showed a granular morphology and a preferred basal plane growth of 2H-MoS2 parallel to the substrate after annealing at high temperatures. The friction coefficients of the films were 0.05 at 300 °C and 0.10 at 450 °C for more than 10,000 cycles in air. Smeared hexagonal MoS2 lubricant films were observed inside wear tracks while the tribochemical formation of wear debris occurred both inside and outside the wear tracks. The Te additives for increasing the film durability were proposed to slow oxidation of the lubricants at elevated temperatures by thermally-induced tellurium migration to the surface and the subsequent formation of the Te diffusion barrier. This mechanism could be significantly effective in high-temperature tribotests because of the increased tellurium mobility at high temperatures. 相似文献

Di-aromatics base oil and graphite powder, adding with viscosity index improver and anti-oxidant and rheological additive, were used to prepare a kind of anti-seize thread lubricant. Its physical chemistry properties, such as water resistance, thermal oxidation and aging properties, tribological performance were evaluated and compared with those of some commercial product. The results show that the overall the overall performance of the anti-seize thread lubricant met the level of some commercial product, and some properties such as thermal stability, anti-wear and anti-friction properties were better.
