Co-precipitation synthesis of ZnAl2O4: Cr3+ phosphor for better light penetration in pc-LED

Cr doped ZnAl₂O₄ spinel samples were prepared by the traditional solid state reaction and co-precipitation synthetic route, and the results suggest that the co-precipitation method has some superiority in contrast to the solid state reaction method. XRD, FT-IR, and XPS spectra confirmed that the well-crystallized spinel cubic phase of ZnAl₂O₄: Cr³⁺ samples were successfully formed. The morphology of the samples was investigated by FE-SEM and FE-TEM, and the results show that the samples by the co-precipitation route can generate a smaller size of particles compared to the solid state reaction. Photoluminescence excitation spectra monitored at 686 nm are comprised of two broad excitation bands near 530 nm and 395 nm, and the emission spectra show emissions ranging from 640 to 780 nm, due to the ²E?→?⁴A₂ spin-forbidden transition of Cr³⁺ ions in spinel lattices. The optimized concentration monitored at 686 nm is 1%, while at 693 nm is 3.5%. Compared with the samples by solid state reaction method, the samples by co-precipitation method show preferable luminescent properties, such as the higher photoluminescence intensity and higher quantum efficiency. Several phosphor-converted LEDs were to investigate the applicability of the prepared samples. The results confirm that the phosphor has potential applications in plant growth and supplementing the red region in white-LEDs and the phosphors prepared by co-precipitation are more suitable to be used in phosphor-converted LED devices due to their preferable luminescent properties.

     

温度对黑豆皮活性成分、抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性的影响

在不同温度下用蒸馏水浸提黑豆皮,测定了黑豆皮提取物中总黄酮、总酚、花青素、碳水化合物、蛋白质、糖醛酸等6种活性成分的含量,并体外评估了其抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性.结果表明,90℃浸提时,黑豆皮提取物中的总黄酮、总酚、蛋白质、糖醛酸含量最高,分别为(11.555±0.160)％、(1.454±0.070)％、(13.096±0.600)％、(21.587±1.570)％;花青素含量在80℃浸提时达到最高,为(0.199±0.003)％;而碳水化合物的含量则在100℃浸提时达到最高,为(65.566±1.448)％.随着黑豆皮提取物浓度的增加,其总还原能力和对DPPH自由基的清除能力逐渐增强且呈线性关系;黑豆皮提取物具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用,能够有效抑制人胃腺癌细胞株(BGC-823)、宫颈癌细胞株(HeLa)和人大细胞肺癌细胞株(NCI-H460)的增殖且呈浓度依赖关系.表明黑豆皮提取物具有成为功能性保健品的潜能,为其产业化开发奠定了重要基础.

Study on depositing SiO2 nanoparticles on the surface of jute fiber via hydrothermal method and its reinforced polypropylene composites

To improve the interfacial compatibility of jute fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites, hydrothermal method was used to deposit SiO₂ nanoparticles on the surface of pretreated jute fibers and the effect of reaction factors (tetraethoxysilane [TEOS] concentration, ammonia concentration, and reaction temperature) on the deposition of SiO₂ nanoparticles were evaluated. The results of FTIR, XRD, SEM, and TEM showed that the amorphous SiO₂ nanoparticles with an average particle size of 65.0 nm were successfully deposited on the surface of jute fibers at the TEOS/H₂O volume ratio of 1:2, ammonia of 0.55 M, reaction temperature of 100 °C (0.15 MPa) for 5 h. Compared with the sol–gel method, SiO₂ nanoparticles obtained by the hydrothermal method possessed smaller particle size and were less agglomerated, which can better fill in the surface defects of the jute fibers and result in a 12.9% increase in the tensile strength. The study on the mechanical properties and interface performance of the jute fiber reinforced PP composites indicated that the interfacial compatibility between jute fibers and PP was obviously improved. The tensile and impact strength of the composites reinforced with nano‐SiO₂ deposited jute fibers were increased by 26.87% and 25.65%, respectively, compared with the untreated jute fibers. J. 滑动式Lagrange插值法在BDS星历插值中的应用分析

该文利用滑动式Lagrange插值算法,从三个方面对BDS三种星历进行了内插精度分析,并与传统La-grange插值算法做了比较.首先对比相同阶数下两种算法的非端点处插值结果的精度;其次考虑端点龙格现象,分析两种方法的端点插值结果的精度;最后根据计算结果的均方根误差,分析插值结果整体精度的大小,并采用BDS精密星历数据进行验证.研究结果表明,滑动式Lagrange插值算法的插值精度较高,且误差分布均匀,最高可达亚毫米级别.该方法较好地适用于BDS星历的内插.

Experimental investigation of different morphology textured ceramic tools by in-situ formed for the dry cutting

Surface texture is considered an important measure to improve the cutting performance of a tool. In this study, we have prepared three types of textured and conventional tools on the rake face by an in-situ formed method. During the experiment, the best parameters of three types of textured tools were selected for dry cutting AISI 1045 steel at different cutting speeds. Cutting forces, cutting temperatures, workpiece surface roughness, and tool wear were measured during the cutting process. The results showed that textured tools have significantly reduced cutting force, cutting temperature, and tool wear, and the roughness of the workpiece was improved compared with the conventional tool. The micro-pit texture tool has less stress contact region than the micro-groove width texture tool, but the micro-groove width texture tool exhibiting the best cutting performance. This investigation clearly showed that the textured tool prepared by the in-situ formed method has improved cutting performance.     

空气炮在解决水泥库出库溜子堵塞中的应用
