利用sol-gel方法合成了ZrO2薄膜,并通过在ZrO2薄膜中复合CdS纳米粒子成功地制备了ZrO2:CdS薄膜.制得的ZrO2薄膜透明并具有较好的光透射性,而ZrO2的含量及膜厚是影响其光透射性的主要因素.分散在ZrO2:CdS薄膜中的CdS纳米粒子为六方相结构,并具有较好的分散性,其平均尺寸为4~6nm.实验结果表明:ZrO2颗粒的晶化会对薄膜的光学性能及表面形貌产生影响,但CdS的形成可以抑制薄膜表面ZrO2颗粒的晶化,从而得到较为平滑的薄膜. 相似文献

利用差热分析、热膨胀曲线与X射线衍射等方法研究了含TiO2和ZrO2的 MgO-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃的析晶过程.780℃时玻璃中析出的镁铝钛酸盐促使玻璃在800℃析出Mg-透辉石,随后在 930℃Mg-透辉石和镁铝钛酸盐开始向假蓝宝石、金红石和Zr/Ti固溶体转变;1030℃假蓝宝石开始转变为β-石英固溶体,而在1125℃以上温度,β-石英固溶体转化为α-堇青石、方石英和顽火辉石,同时金红石和Zr/Ti固溶体向锆英石和钛酸镁转变.依据玻璃析晶序列,选择在930~1050℃间温度下对玻璃进行热处理,制得以假蓝宝石为主晶相的微晶玻璃.此微晶玻璃具有细小均匀的晶粒结构,具有高的弹性模量(120GPa)和良好的表面性能,是适宜的硬盘基板材料. 相似文献

由SiO2/3Y-TZP包裹复合粉体制备ZrSiO4/3Y-TZP细晶陶瓷 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
对湿化学法制备的SiO2/3Y-TZP包裹复合粉体进行了热压烧结研究,并利用X射线衍射和透射电镜表征了烧结体的物相和显微结构.在低于1300℃,复合粉体发生瞬时粘性烧结,材料密度迅速提高;随着烧结温度的升高,SIO2和ZrO2发生反应生成ZrSiO4.在1500℃热压条件下,制备了平均晶粒尺寸为350nm的ZrSiO4/3Y-TZP细晶复相材料.我们认为,在烧结过程中形成的第二相ZrSiO4,特别是SiO2包裹层对抑制基体晶粒长大起主要作用. 相似文献

用DTA和XRD研究了LiNiO2在空气中的热分解过程为:LiNiO2(s)→(650~720℃)Li2Ni8O10(s)+4Li2O(s)+O2(g)→(850~950℃)Li2O(s)+8NiO(s)+1/2O2(g) →(1000~1150℃)NiO(s)+Li2O(g)用 Doyle-Ozawa法和 Kissinger法计算了各反应阶段的表观活化能分别为 747.18±1.0 kJ·mol-1、932.46±1.0 kJ·mol-1和 1126.97±1.0 kJ·mol-1.用 Kissinger法确定了反应级数和频率因子,确定了三个阶段的动力学方程分别为 dα/dt=1.736x1039e-90000/T(1-α)1.057; dα/dt=1806×1039e-111500/T(1-α)0.844;dα/dt=4.262×1042e-135000/T(1-α)1.275 相似文献

In order to improve the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of NiTi surgical alloy, TiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method. The surface characteristics of the film, which include surface composition, microstructure and surface morphology, were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), respectively. A scratching test was used to assess the interface adhesive strength between the film and substrate. The corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy coated with oxide films were studied by anodic polarization curves measurement in biological solution. Additionally, a preliminary study of the in vitro bioactivity of the films was conducted. The results indicated that TiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 (Ti/Si=4:1) films have higher electrochemical corrosion resistance and can be used as protective layers on NiTi alloy. In addition, TiO2-SiO2 composite films have better bioactivity than TiO2 film. 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2与SiO2-TiO2薄膜,对医用NiTi合金进行表面改性处理,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、划痕试验和电化学腐蚀试验等手段系统研究了薄膜结构、形态及性能。通过动态凝血时间和血小板粘附的测量研究和评价了薄膜的体外血液相容性。结果表明,在一定范围内,较高热处理温度有利于薄膜与基体间的结合强度和耐腐蚀性的提高;NiTi合金表面镀TiO2与SiO2-TiO2薄膜后,其血液相容性明显提高。 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量的La/TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜.通过XRD、FE-SEM和AFM研究了复合薄膜的微观结构,采用紫外光照射下亚甲基蓝的分解实验比较薄膜的光催化性能.结果表明:La掺杂可显著提高TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜的光催化活性,以5%掺杂量为最佳,其光降解率比掺杂前提高了约23%.薄膜活性提高的主要原因是La掺杂后细化了TiO2的晶粒,提高了薄膜的比表面积,使其具有更高的氧化还原电势,La^3+取代Ti^4+进入到TiO2晶格,引起晶格膨胀,这种不同价离子的取代导致TiO2粒子表面电荷分布不平衡,从而提高了光生电子-空穴的分离效率. 相似文献

The biocompatibility of implants is determined by their corrosion resistance and surface characteristics. In this study, the surface composition, morphology and microstructure of TiO2/Ta2O5 films synthesized by ion beam enhanced deposition on NiTi alloy were studied. The scratch test results indicate that the interface adhesive strength of TiO2/Ta2O5 film increases with the increasing Ta content. The electrochemical corrosion measurement shows that the TiO2-36%Ta2O5 film is optimal for improving corrosion resistance of NiTi alloy. 相似文献

NiTi was galvanostatically anodized in acetic acid to increase the oxide film thickness for improving corrosion resistance. The galvanostatic anodization behavior of NiTi in acetic acid differed markedly from that of Ti. In particular, the anode potential reached was much lower for NiTi, and thus only thin oxide films could be obtained. With a suitable choice of anodizing conditions, the anodic oxide film formed had a thickness of 20–25 nm, as determined by profilometric measurement. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) revealed that the surface roughness was increased after anodization. Analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed a low Ni/Ti ratio of 0.04 at the anodic oxide surface versus a value of 0.30 for bare NiTi. Electrochemical impedance measurements of the anodized sample in Hanks' solution at 37 °C recorded a 9-fold increase in polarization resistance, and cyclic polarization tests also recorded a matching reduction in the passive current density. These observations indicate that anodization of NiTi can serve as a simple low-temperature method to enhance the corrosion resistance of NiTi when used as an implant material. 相似文献

A new technique for preparing TiO2 modified film on carbon steel was accomplished by electroless plating and sol-gel composite process. The artificial neural network was applied to optimize the preparing condition of TiO2 modified film. The optimized condition for forming TiO2 modified film on carbon steel was that NiP plating for 50 min, dip-coating times as 4, heat treatment time for 2 h, and the molar ratio of complexing agent and Ti(OC4HZ9)4 kept 1.5:1. The results showed that TiO2 modified film have good corrosion resistance. The result conformed that it is feasible to design the preparing conditions of TiO2 modified film by artificial neural network. 相似文献

用直流磁控溅射方法在Si(100)面及载玻片上制备了Sb掺杂TiO2薄膜.利用XRD光谱研究了Sb对其薄膜结晶情况的影响,用AFM观察其表面形貌,利用分光光度计测量了TiO2薄膜的光学特性及其对亚甲基蓝的分解活性,通过测量和计算表面对水的接触角来衡量光致亲水性.研究结果表明纯TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿型,适量Sb的掺杂能使TiO2薄膜的结晶有显著改善,并出现Ti2O3和金红石相TiO2,薄膜的光催化活性和光致亲水性明显改善.随着掺杂量的增加,TiO2薄膜的吸收边逐渐红移.但Sb掺杂过量时,破坏了二氧化钛原有的晶格结构,光催化活性和光致亲水性也相应降低. 相似文献

用溶胶凝胶法和共混法相结合的方法制备了PMMA/TiO2-SiO2高分子杂化材料。并用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法对所得复合微粒进行了表征。结果表明,TiO2-SiO2复合粒子呈核-壳结构,具有Ti-O-Si网络;该核壳结构可均匀地分散在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,形成PMMA/TiO2-SiO2高分子杂化材料。与纯的聚合物材料相比,PMMA/TiO2-SiO2高分子杂化材料有较好的热稳定性、优良的紫外屏蔽和可见光透过特性。 相似文献
